A short drive from the house, all within ten minutes, will get you to all the major attractions around the island including, the world famous Penguin Parade,
Wildlife Coast Cruises, Phillip Island wildlife Park, Grand Prix Circuit Museum and the surf beaches and magnificent views of the islands South Coast.
This home is a must for people wishing to enjoy a truly quiet beach side retreat with an added bonus of being in the heart of Cowes.

Alexander Retreat is well suited for families, couples or group of friends and with 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to seven people in comfort.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, one single bed and a bunk bed in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom has two singles beds.

Alexander Retreat Holiday house is a open living design with spacious lounge area, dining area and kitchen.
The living area has a television, VCR and stereo, while the kitchen is well appointed including a microwave oven and good size family refrigarator.
The laundry has a washing machine and there are two showers.

There is a large private enclosed back garden, perfect for families with small children, and a separate outdoor entertaining area with barbeque.
Linen is supplied and the house is always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
