Welcome to the Black Bolphin Beach House
|

The Black Dolphin Beach House is set in a quiet street at Cape Woolamai, within a short stroll of the long sandy shore of Woolamai Safety Beach.
The famous Woolamai Surf Beach is about one kilometre away with some of Australia's best surf and great surf fishing.
Beautiful San Remo is just a short 5 minute drive over the bridge.
Walk the retail area, cafes, restaurants and along the water front promenade to the jetty and watch the pelicans being fed at 11.30am every morning or view the fishing boats coming in.

Visit the Nobbies, GP circuit visitors centre, Koala Conservation Centre, Churchill Island, Phillip Island Wildlife Park or the world famous Penguin Parade,
which are all within a ten minute drive.
Phillip Island has 101 kilometres of coast line and has some of the best pristine beaches for you to swim, surf fish or just explore.

The Black Dolphin Beach House offers quality luxury full self contained accommodation.
The upper level living area penthouse is of contemporary design.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite benches, dish washer, microwave and Stainless steel appliances.

The living area is complemented with Tasmanian Blackwood floor complimented with stylish rugs.
Sink into the soft Italian leather lounge suite while enjoying a DVD on the large screen television, or just relax with a glass of wine while listening to some music from a CD.

|
The large main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite (bathroom) and is complimented with a lovely balcony.
From the balcony you can enjoy the panoramic views of the entrance to Westernport Bay,
while at night the lights of San Remo twinkling on the other side of the bay, and reflecting on moonlight waters.
The lower level offers the versatility of a second living area with a television and VCR or have a game of table tennis.
The bathroom has a superb deep double bath, shower and a separate toilet.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds and both have built in robes.
A fully equipped laundry and single car carport add to the features of this magnificent beach house, while fully fenced yard adds to the security.
