Events Accommodation
Events at Phillip Island is proud to offer an accommodation service for the MotoGp, V8 Supercars and World Superbikes events held at Phillip Island.
Most commercial accommodation such as, motels or apartments, are pre booked by teams and support crew
for the MotoGP, V8 supercars and SBK.

Accommodation for these events can be hard to find, especially the MotoGP.
Let us do the hard work for you, we have a good selection of accommodation that will suit your needs, including apartments, townhouses, units, holiday houses and executive properties and this year for the MotoGP we have introduced packages.
If travelling to Phillip Island with friends we have accommodation starting from $1,200, (average price about $1,750) for the Grand Prix, and from $750 for V8 Supercars and World Superbikes.
Our good selection of properties accommodate from 2 to 10 people. Thus the cost can be as low as $200 per person for 4 nights accommodation.
For couples and singles we can arrange shared accommodation with other couples or singles to decrease the cost of your stay at Phillip Island for special events.
We match people with other people in a shared accommodation arrangement who are simular in their requirements.
For example: smokers or non smokers, drinkers or non drinkers, people from the same country or state etc.
We have done this in previous years events with great results.
We select quality style accommodation for sharing and you can expect to pay between $600 to $1,000 per room (couple, twin or single).
Whatever your needs, we will endeavour to find you suitable accommodation.
We have properties available on most parts of Phillip Island, ranging from budget to high
quality accommodation and we will not let properties, that do not meet a good standard.
Please note that all accommodation over major event weekends are generally 4 night minimum stays.

About Phillip Island
A one and half hour drive south east from Melbourne central, Phillip Island is located at the mouth of Westernport bay,
with the southern side of the exposed to Bass Strait (part of the Southern Ocean), while the northern sits in the
tranquillity of Westernport Bay.
Connected to the mainland at San Remo by a bridge the island is easy accessed.

Phillip Island is 26 kilometres long and 9 kilometres wide and covers some 10,000 hectares.
The coast line is 101 kilometres long and has a variety of environments,
great surf beaches, safe clear swimming beaches, sandy beaches, rock platform, rocky outcrops and mangrove swamp.
The island consists largely of open and flat countryside with large isolated pockets of natural
habituate.

Phillip Island has a large number natural attractions of which the most famous of these is the nightly Penguin Parade.
Other natural assets include Seal Rocks, The Nobbies, Rhyll Inlet, Pyramid Rock, Cape Woolamai, Forrest Caves, Swan Lake, Blow hole and Churchill Island.
Complimenting these, are a number of man made attraction and activities such as "Wildlife Coast Boat Cruises"
"Amaze and Things", indoor Go-carts, water slide, surfing & lessons, parasailing, fishing charters, golf,
eco tours, pokies clubs, night clubs, motor racing, boat hire, canoeing, scuba diving, cycling and much more.
Phillip Island has approximately 7,000 permanent residents, with Cowes being the main town on the island.
Cowes has a large number of retail shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and take away food outlets.
Other towns on the island include Rhyll, Newhaven, Woolamai, Ventnor, Smiths Beach, Surf Beach,
Sunderland Bay, Wimbledon Heights, Silverleaves and San Remo on the main land were the bridge reaches over to the island.
Phillip island currently attracts some 1.5 million visitors each year which makes it one the most popular single tourist destination in Australia.

Terms & Conditions for booking accommodation
Please note the following terms & conditions for accommodation bookings.
All properties are provided with linen unless otherwise stated.
50% deposit on confirmation of booking, with balance due 60 prior to the dates booked.
Cancellations prior to 60 days before the booked dates, occur a 20% penalty of total cost.
No Refund after 60 days prior to the booked dates, unless the property is relet in which case a 20% charge of total cost is incurred.
Payment options, Visa, MasterCard, Bank card, Amex or direct deposit (contact for bank details)
Please note we require Credit Card details on arrival for security reason, even if paying by direct deposit.
