Two studio apartment on the second floor of this superb house give unprecedented views of Westernport Bay, and can be utilised as one large apartment for two couples or small families.
Newhaven is the gateway to Phillip Island with the San Remo Newhaven bridge being the only access to the island. Situated on the Eastern side of Phillip Island and is more tranquil and serene than the more exposed western and southern parts of the island.

to view penguins returning to their burrows at sunset, koalas at
arms-length away as you stroll through tree-topped boardwalks, majestic pelicans in flight, and Australia’s largest colony of fur seals in their natural
environment.
