Cowes is the main town on Phillip Island and Silverlinks Retreat is well located, only about 10 to 15 minute walk
along the beach, for you to enjoy everything Cowes has to offer,
including an array of Cafes, Restaurants and shops.
A short drive from the house, all within ten minutes, will get you to all the major attractions around the island including, the world famous Penguin Parade,
Wildlife Coast Cruises, Phillip Island wildlife Park, Grand Prix Circuit Museum and the surf beaches and magnificent views of the islands South Coast.
This home is a must for people wishing to enjoy a truly magnificent beach side retreat with an added bonus for the golf enthusiast.
The living area is of an open living design, and has gas heating and is air conditioned. A large well appointed kitchen offers excellent facilities including oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge and small appliances. Will the adjacent lounge room and dining area has a large TV, DVD player, CD player and radio.
The bedrooms comprise 1 room with queen size bed, 2nd with double bed, while the 3rd bedroom with 3 sets of bunks.
The fully equipped Laundry and good size bathroom compliment this superb house.
All pillow and doonas are supplied, however you will need to bring you own linen.
