The MuseumThe Vietnam Veterans Museum is Dedicated To Preserving and Exhibiting Memorabilia From Australia's Longest War !! The VVAA Museum currently has over 5000 artefacts, memorabilia and photographic material, which are displayed either under glass or in walk through areas, which allow the visitor to fully appreciate what it was actually like to be "in country" and absorb the era which was Vietnam. The indoor display features mannequins, uniforms, photographs, scale models and dioramas, military equipment and much more The outdoor area contains exhibits as large as a Centurion tank, a Wessex helicopter , a Mk.5 International Truck, a 105mm Howitzer gun and several series 3 Landrover vehicles including an ambulance version. The VVAA Museum will be expanding this display even further in the coming months |

ExpandingThe Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia Museum has been constructing a new larger building on Phillip Island The new museum is located on the corner of Churchill Road and The Phillip Island Tourist Road (next to the Phillip Island Airport) and is rapidly nearing completion. The Vietnam Veterans Museum is completely operated by volunteers and the new museum has been constructed by volunteers, while much of the costs of the construction, has been raised by the Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia, through fundraisers and donations. TO SUPPORT THIS GREAT PROJECT, YOU CAN "BUY A BRICK" FOR AS LITTLE AS $25
